Burrata-fully Loaded Beef Tortellini Soup
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 jar (24 oz) Bolognese sauce (such as Rao’s)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 bag (14 oz) frozen beef tortellini
- 1 container (8 oz) fresh Burrata cheese
Instructions
- 01In an oven-safe Dutch oven or large pot over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
- 02Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3–4 minutes.
- 03Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, Bolognese sauce, and beef broth. Mix thoroughly to combine.
- 04Add the frozen tortellini. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 05Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Remove the pot from the heat, tear open the fresh Burrata cheese, and scatter evenly over the soup.
- 06Transfer the pot to the oven and bake for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and melted.
- 07Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Serving Suggestions
